Our pricing for interpreting:Our normal business day hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm ET at $75 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. Evenings rate after 5pm, weekends $85 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. Requests for certified interpreters is $85 an hour with a 2 hour minimum .Conferences, Trainings, Corporate and high level meetings $125 an hour for a 2 hour minimum. Keynote, Fire chats, and Panels $135 an hour for 2 hour minimum. Any job that is 2 hours or more will require 2 interpreters.To ensure that we can provide the best qualified interpreter and quality service we require at least 48 hours notice for the following: one-on-one meetings, doctor appointments, or interviews , etc. Conferences 2 or more days and Education Institutions may require 1-2 weeks notice.Our Pricing for Sign Language tutoring / ASL Classes in person or online:$50 an hour$75 for corporationsThere is a requirement of 24 hours notice of cancelation or the full rate will be billed. Conferences require 72 hours cancelation notice.
